Every October, we convene brilliant social and scientific innovators to share breakthrough solutions with more than 10,000 people attending both our main Bioneers Conference in San Rafael, California, and Beaming Bioneers Satellite conferences around the country.

Lunch costs $10 per day.
Lunch available Friday and Saturday only.

How do I register?

To register for Spokane's Second Annual Beaming Bioneers Conference, download, print, fill-out, and send in the registration form. Please fill out a separate registration form for each person. You may photocopy the form for each additional registrant.

  • Pre-registrations should be postmarked by October 3. After October 3, you may register onsite the day of the conference.
  • Onsite registration will take place in SFCC Building-15 Music/Performing Arts beginning at 7:30 am on Friday October 17th and at 8:00am on both Saturday October 18th and Sunday October 19th. Arrive early to ensure you don't miss any of the morning plenary speeches.
  • Students may attend the conference for free thanks to the support of our local sponsors. Current Student ID is required. Please pre-register.
  • All fees must be included with the registration form.
  • If the cost of registration is a deterrent to your attendance please indicate the amount you can afford to pay on the registration form.
  • Mail your completed registration form with a check or credit card information to:

  • All food will be organic and sourced locally whenever possible. In order to assist with planning, please purchase lunches in advance. A limited number of lunch tickets will be available at the conference. No lunch will be served on Sunday. You are welcome to bring your own food.
  • Please note: Food is not permitted inside the auditorium in SFCC Building-15 Music/Performing Arts. This is where the plenary sessions will be held.
  • We encourage people to bring a reusable water bottle and coffee mug to help save paper and decrease waste.
  • Admission badges and lunch tickets will be available for pick up at the registration table the day of the conference. Your badge is your pass into the conference. Please wear it when attending plenary sessions and workshops.
